TERMS OF SERVICE
OUR REQUIREMENTS
- An armless chair per musician set up upon arrival.
- Reading light if venue is dark.
- Shelter from sun, rain, wind, sand.
- No performances on or near the beach.
- 1.6m x 2.5m for a string quartet. Trio 1.6m x 2m. Duo 1.1m x 1.6m. Solo 1.5m x 1m.
- 10-minute break each hour for bookings over 1.5 hours.
- Please supply one meal per musician and a 20-minute meal break for bookings over 3 hours.
- If booking a pianist, venue must provide tuned piano.
- Song requests may not be possible if function is within 5 days.
- We recommend amplifying us if you have over 100 guests, except for wedding ceremonies and funeral services.
PAYMENT TERMS
- $500 non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.
- Remaining balance at least 30 days prior to function date.
- Overtime is subject to musicians’ availability.
- Overtime fees are calculated at $50 per 10 minutes per musician.
- To avoid overtime, please extend your booking time in advance.
- Credit card payments incur a 3.5% surcharge.
- Bookings commencing between 9pm and 9am are subject to a 20% additional fee.
CANCELLATION TERMS
- We will provide a full credit if your booking is affected by a Government-announced restriction, e.g. Covid-19.
- If you cancel your booking for any other reason, we can provide a full credit if given at least 30 days notice.
- Bookings may be postponed for up to 2 years.
- Refunds are not issued. Only credits.
